Since 1976, LPSC Camp, has helped young boys and girls improve their game, using the talents of international soccer stars, noted coaches and top-notch trainers. Today, the summer camp hosts more than 1,500 campers from 15 countries and more than 35 states and provinces during its four week long sessions.

Lake Placid Soccer Centre Camp, has brought together a group of highly qualified coaches and trainers. Our expert staff has coaching and playing experience at the professional, international, college, high school and youth levels. We select only coaches who are interested in working with youth; many hold or are pursuing a masters degree in education. Some of the greatest players and coaches in soccer history have taught at Lake Placid Soccer Centre Camp.

Sir Stanley Matthews, a legend in world soccer history; Wiel Coerver, the inventor of the world-famous Coerver Method coaching program; Charlie Cooke, former Scottish international, and NASL and MISL all-star; Michael Thomas, one of England's top young internationals; Trevor Brooking, a World Cup star from England; Bob Durocher, coaches the 1999 National Champion St. Lawrence University Men's Team; Romerito, a featured guest at LPSC played for Barcelona, Paraguay, Brazil and NY Cosmo's; Kelly Cross, the assistant coach of the U-17 boys Australian national team; Andy Lynch, Scottish international; John Collins, a top young Scottish international; Bryan Hamilton, head coach of the Irish National team; Desmond Armstrong US national team captain; Greg Sutton A-League goal keeper of the year (2003-04)

The success of LPSC's summer camp experience is due to the care we give to the selection, organization and training of our staff. We utilize the talents of many international soccer personalities including past and present World Cup players, noted national team coaches, and current U.S. professional and college coaches. Our coach to camper ratio is 10 to 1.
